Youth Pitchers Should Throw on Average 10 Fastballs A Day for Practice. Use With your own discretion. Do not over use throwing arm. Practice Throwing In Slow Motion To Perfect Throwing Mechanics. Do Not Throw Hard Unless With Adult Guidance. Before Use, warm up for 8 minutes, “break a sweat”. Should Not Any Feel Pain When Throwing Hard, Stop Immediately if any pain occurs, and learn how to throw the right way within your body. To Throw “Effortless Gas”, Use Your Body Weight By Driving Force Down Your Leg, Reach Out and Plant Your Lead Leg. Quickly Recoil Down Your Back Leg Knee at 90 degrees. Then Squeeze Your Chest and Lat, Catapulting the ball over your shoulder. The Elbow should be around around a 90 degree angle and slightly above your shoulder for max force potential. Reach Out and Follow Through By Squeezing In Your Throwing Peck (Chest) Thus Snapping Your Arm Down Fast, While Keeping Your Front Leg Straight Up For “Effortless Gas”.
